❓ When will my order ship?

All pieces are hand-knit and made to order. Orders placed during our September/ October pre-order window will begin shipping mid to late November (Nov17–Dec 1).

❓ How long does it take to make each piece?

Each item takes approximately 10–14 business days to complete, depending on size and order volume.

❓ Where do you ship from?

We ship from Newport News, VA.

❓ What kind of yarn do you use?

We use premium chunky chenille and vegan-friendly yarns that are ultra-soft and durable. Some items may include a blend of polyester or cotton, depending on the style.

❓ Can I customize my colors?

Yes! Custom color requests are accepted when yarn availability allows. Send us a message before ordering or during checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

❓ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on customs and location.

❓ Can I cancel or return my order?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please email us immediately and we’ll do our best to make it right.

❓ How do I care for my item?

Hand wash or machine wash on delicate in cold water and dry on low heat.
